<queqiao--> <T​iv​ec​> i did make my orbit as close to 63.4 degrees inclination as possible in the orbit readout over 200 days, but at that long time forward my ascending pass differs by like 5000km. but i guess it goes back to the center point at some point and i can narrow it down then
<queqiao--> <T​iv​ec​> ok, obviously, and why i didn't think of it before, to move my ascending pass to where i want it i have to either slow or speed up the orbit, to make it precess, and then i jump a few orbits ahead and circularize back
