<queqiao--> <Tivec> ok, i am rather new to principia. I would appreciate some pointers on this and how I can use this orbit analysis. I basically just set it to a year of analysis and it's not reentering, so that's good?Is there any decay happening of the satellite here? Not sure what to expect 🙂
<queqiao--> <kuzinat0r> Check your lowest altitude and +-values for perigee. It looks like your satellite is stuck there forever
<queqiao--> <Tivec> right, that's what i want so that's all good 🙂 is a year ahead typically a good value to check for an earth satellite's orbit stability?
<queqiao--> <kuzinat0r> Probably? Imo this orbit is too low to worry about it's stability. I've only experienced rapid reentry with my molniya satellites

<queqiao--> <ezsnack> A day can be enough if the sat has done its job already, it depends on what the goal is xd most leo orbits are stable anyways you dont even need to check
<queqiao--> <Tivec> at least if they are over 160km i have found.. 150x150 is going to go reentry unfortunately
<queqiao--> <Tivec> is there a guide (written preferably, youtube works too) for a moon transfer with principia?
<queqiao--> <Nazfib> Look at the pins in this channel
<queqiao--> <Tivec> hmm okay, seems pretty much straight forward
<queqiao--> Reply to "Tivec: at least if they are over 160km i have found.. 150x150 is going to go reentry unfortunate..."
<queqiao--> <ezsnack> If you input 150x150 in pvg you are reentering the very first orbit, its not a matter of decay but rather that the principia orbit doesnt match the stock one exactly
<queqiao--> <ezsnack> I always ascend to 150x165 and i have tons of debris that dont deorbit on their own
<queqiao--> Reply to "ezsnack: If you input 150x150 in pvg you are reentering the very first orbit, its not a matter of ..."
<queqiao--> <Tivec> yes, i've noticed. i'm designing my lifters to delivery payload to a 180km circular orbit, should be safest i guess.. lots of debris though
<queqiao--> <ezsnack> You need to clean it up in the tracking station once in a while when the lag gets too bad
<queqiao--> <Tivec> yeah, i usually do that in stock ksp anyway 🙂

<queqiao--> <Ballatik> I just set my max debris setting pretty low and most of it takes care of itself.

<queqiao-> ⟨kingparity⟩ Have different color options for each maneuver path prediction in a flight plan been considered? As in, after maneuver one the color is different and after the second it's another color
<queqiao-> ⟨kingparity⟩ * path until maneuver 1 is white after maneuver 1 it's red and after maneuver 2 it's blue or chosen colors
